Abstract acceptance:

The organizing committee will meet in May to decide about every abstract. Acceptance or rejection will be communicated by e-mail before . Remember that, if accepted, you should prepare a 15 min presentation. All communications are oral.

Early registration: Before

• Standard conference fee: € (covering attendance, coffee breaks, documents and lunch).
• Online conference fee: 150€.
• PhD students can attend to the conference free of charge. They need to submit an abstract and then,
  contact the organization accrediting their PhD student consideration.

Before October 31st. An extended abstract from 4 to 6 pages long in Latex format is be mandatory to be included in the conference proceedings. This paper must be sent to imm@imm.upv.es using this template before October 31st.
