Abstract submission: Before May 15th

To present your work at the conference you must submit an abstract of your work of 1-8 pages long.

Abstract acceptance:

The organizing committee will meet in May to decide about every abstract. Acceptance or rejection will be communicated by e-mail before May 20th . Remember that, if accepted, you should prepare a 15 min presentation plus 5 minutes of questions. All communications are oral.

Early registration: Until June 1st

• Standard conference fee: 350 € (covering attendance and coffee breaks).
  
• Online conference fee: 200€.
• Conference pack SMUQ + MME&HB 2024: 450 €.
• PhD students from UPV can attend to the conference free of charge. They need to submit an abstract and then,
  contact the organization, imm@imm.upv.es, accrediting their PhD student consideration.
• Other students fee: 200€.

Conference dates:

From July 10th to July 12th. At Universitat Politècnica de València.

The venue will be Universitat Politècnica de València. The venue is rooms 1E.01, 1E.02 and 1E.03 in ETS Informática, Building 1E of Universitat Politècnica de València.
