INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS
Abstract submission:
To present a talk in the congres you must submit an abstract of 1-2 pages before May 15th. To submit the abstract go to submission page. Instructions can be found there.
Abstract acceptance:
The organizing committee will meet in April to decide about every abstract. Acceptance or rejection will be communicated by e-mail before May 20th. Remember that, if accepted, you should prepare a 15 min presentation plus 5 minutes for questions. All communications are oral.
Early registration: Before June 1st
- Standard conference fee: 200 € (covering attendance, coffee breaks and coference lunch).
- Online conference fee: 200 €.
- Conference pack SMUQ + MME&HB 2024: 450 €.

Registration cancellation policy: Until June 3rd, 2024 cancellations can be made at a cost of 30€, afterewards there is no refund.
